CUSTOMER CARE
We are offering an exchange only on our Ready to Wear products. Exchange can be done within 14 days from the date of receiving the item. All exchanges are subject to availability of the new product request. Products can be exchanged only once.
Due to the nature of the product, we do not offer any exchange on Haute Couture products.
Refunds
Returns are limited to the below criteria:
- Product Defect: The Product must be verified as defected by a PRIME.London representative.
- Lost Shipment: The parcel must me confirmed as lost by the shipping company.
- Wrong Item: The item received does not match the initial order.
Any Exchange or Refund claim must be submitted upon delivery.
Please note that shipping costs, duties, taxes and fees paid for the delivery of the purchased product will not be refunded.
