Exchange

We are offering an exchange only on our Ready to Wear products. Exchange can be done within 14 days from the date of receiving the item. We do not offer any exchange on our Haute Couture products.

Refunds

Returns are limited to the below criteria:

• Product Defect: The Product must be verified as defected by a PRIME.London representative.
• Lost Shipment: The parcel must me confirmed as lost by the shipping company.
• Wrong Item: The item received does not match the initial order.

Any Exchange or Refund clime must be submitted upon delivery. Please note that shipping costs, duties, taxes and fees paid for the delivery of the purchased product will not be refunded.
